I'm selling my house and my neighbor is a hoarder. The state of their property is bringing down the value of my house. I've tried talking to them to ask them to clean up at least the front of the property, but they refuse to budge on this problem. I've even gone as far as calling the city to complain, but the city government is slow to move on this.  Other neighbors also have a problem with this state of the property and are willing to join me on any kind of class action suit I organize. Would a law suit rectify this situation? Would it force this person to clean up their property?
